Returns & Exchange Policy

At Aanchal Jaipur, we strive to ensure you love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we offer exchanges and returns under the following guidelines:

1. Timeline for Requests

All return or exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days of the delivery date. After this 3-day window, we unfortunately cannot offer you a return or exchange.

2. Proof of Claim

To protect against transit damage or fulfillment errors, an unboxing video is mandatory.

  • You must provide an authentic unboxing video and clear photographs to claim an exchange or return for damaged or incorrect products.

  • Claims without video proof will not be entertained.

3. Exchange for "Change of Mind"

If you simply do not like the product or have a change of heart:

  • Conditions: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

  • Shipping Fee: A nominal shipping and handling fee of ₹99 will be charged to process the exchange.

4. Returns & Refund Policy

If you wish to return a product because you do not like it:

  • No Cash Refunds: We do not offer refunds to the original payment method (Bank/Card/UPI).

  • Store Credit: Approved returns will be issued as Store Credit or a Gift Card, which you can use for any future purchase on our store.

5. Quality Check & Processing

  • Verification: Any return or exchange will only be initiated after we receive the item back at our facility.

  • Inspection: Our team will conduct a quality check to ensure the item meets our return conditions. If the item passes inspection, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.
